What counts toward the article allowance?

A completed original article uses the allowance. Failed attempts and delivery retries do not count as another original. The allowance is shared across Egos in your organization.

Do unused articles roll over?

No. Allowances reset each monthly billing period. Plans do not include rollover or automatic overages.

Can my team share a plan?

Yes. Plans belong to the organization, with shared article capacity. Each plan sets the number of active Egos and sites; there is no separate per-seat price.

What is an Ego?

An Ego is a saved editorial identity: the voice, audience, perspective, accepted knowledge, and instructions that guide your articles. It carries that context from one assignment to the next, so you do not have to re-explain who you are writing as every time. It can represent a person, a brand, or a publication. Your organization can manage multiple Egos; they are not user accounts or team seats.

What does an active Ego mean?

An active Ego is an editorial identity that is not paused. Your plan limits how many Egos can be active at once; paused Egos do not count toward that limit. This is separate from your monthly article allowance and the number of people in your workspace.

Does choosing a plan charge me immediately?

The buttons take you to account setup. Review the plan and checkout details in your workspace before authorizing a subscription.

Do you offer a managed editorial service?

Private Editorial Office is a separate custom engagement, by application. Contact support@authorego.ai to discuss scope. Staffing, deliverables, and commercial terms are agreed separately.
